I worked in automotive production before I wrote production code. I know what a shift report, a PFMEA or a launch plan looks like from the inside.

About
I'm Andrei Boacă, an engineer based in Ghent. For more than six years I worked in automotive production: bringing new parts from concept to SOP, writing PPAP and APQP documentation, PFMEAs and control plans, running QRQC and meeting IATF 16949 and VDA requirements. I led a production team and tracked OEE and losses every shift. As an employee, I worked on programs for BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Škoda.
Since 2024 I build full web applications: Java 21 and Spring Boot 3, Node, React and TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker. I combine both sides: I understand the process first, then I write the software for it.
